Aim

ASBUHFD aims to contribute to the law literature by publishing original and scientific studies prepared in the field of law. ASBUHFD is published twice in a year, respectively June and December.

Scope

ASBUHFD publishes articles, case studies, book reviews, notes and translations written in Turkish, English, German or French.

All the works to be published by ASBUHFD are subject to two blind peer review.
